Questions,
answered.
The things people usually want to know before commissioning a piece. Anything else, just ask.
How long does a commission take?
Most pieces take 6 to 10 weeks from approved design to delivery, depending on size, drying and resin curing times.
How much deposit is required?
A 50% deposit secures your place in the workshop schedule and covers materials. The balance is due on delivery.
Do you deliver and install across Gauteng?
Yes. We deliver, position and level finished pieces across Johannesburg and the wider Gauteng area, and leave you with care instructions.
Can I see the piece being made?
You receive photo updates as your piece progresses through the workshop, and you are welcome to visit by appointment to see it in person.
Do you work from my own design or slab?
Both. We can design from scratch around your space, work to drawings you already have, or build around a specific slab you have your heart set on.
